Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Cedar Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
