Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Civic Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
