Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Oak Foods and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
