Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Cobalt Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Seattle, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
