Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services supports families and individuals in Seattle with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
