Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Loom Medical is a Seattle company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
