Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Cross Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Seattle, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
