Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Seattle, WA)

Nova Thistle Pharma is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
