Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Bridge Energy and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
