Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Seattle with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
