Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

Amberfield Wren Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
