Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

Greenridge Amber Medical is a San Jose company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
