Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Ashton Telecom and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
