Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Wilder Construction Group is a San Jose contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
