Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Jose, CA)

Bright Union Health provides primary and specialty care in San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 283 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
