Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Basin Health Group provides primary and specialty care in San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
