Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in San Antonio producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
