Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Thistle Financial serves customers across Salt Lake City with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
