Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Rochester focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 601 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
