Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Willow Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 981 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
