Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Rowan Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Rochester, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for case files. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
