Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Stone Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
