Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Vale Financial serves customers across Richmond with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
