Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Cedar Health and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
