Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Fernwood Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Grand Rapids with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
