Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Clearpath Fern Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
