Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Westbrook Amber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
