Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Beacon Water Authority and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
