Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Fernwood Quill Energy Group is an energy provider in Rochester focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
