Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Summit Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Colorado Springs region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
