Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Redstone Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
