Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Northwind Cross Foods is a Fort Worth food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 662 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
