Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Orchard Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
