Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Highbridge Oak Health provides primary and specialty care in Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
