Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Sable Pharma and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 239 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
