Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Orchard Inspection Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
