Greenridge West Telecom is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
