Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Stonegate Quill Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Boise, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
