Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Houston plant. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
