Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
