Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Harborlight Birch Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
