Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Westbrook Ashton Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boise, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
