Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Foxglove Clear Energy Partners supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
