Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Foxglove Umber Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
