Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Cleveland with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
