Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Basin Inspection Services is an inspection company in Hartford with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 359 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
