Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Pike Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Virginia Beach, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
