Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bridge Transit Planning and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
