Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Hollow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
