Senior Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bright Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Little Rock, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
